Scientific Awards

As it does every year, the Biomechanics Society recognizes researchers in the field of biomechanics—both students and faculty members—through its scientific awards.

The awards are presented to the winners during the conference (see program). Complete information on how to apply is available on the SB website. Please note: only SB members who are current with their dues may apply.

• Christian Oddou Award: nominations due by May 15

• Jean Vivès Award: Applications must be submitted by May 15

• Thesis Award in partnership with BIOMETRICS: Applications must be submitted by April 15

• Young Researcher Award: Applications must be submitted by April 15

• The Poster Award, in partnership with BRÜKER, will be presented at the close of the conference

• An Open Science recognition is proposed. More information to come.
